The following is a letter written by United Construction on January 30, 1998.


To Whom It May Concern:

We had the opportunity of working with Alan Johnson and IMS Masonry last year on two large commercial projects--the AirVision Detail Shop and The Wash Rack Truck Wash, both located in West Valley City, Utah. They are an excellent masonry subcontractor and I offer my highest recommendation. Alan and his field superintendents were always friendly and very responsive. They keep the general contractor's and owner's best interest in mind--not just theirs. IMS Masonry has good equipment, suppliers, and they always maintained a high production rate. They made sure that the job was done right.

I really appreciate subcontractors like IMS Masonry and I wouldn't hesitate to use them on my next project.
