The following is a letter written by Sandstrom Associates Architechts PC on November 23, 2009.

To Whom It May Concern:
We are pleased to write this letter in behalf of IMS Masonry. For may years, we have
worked with IMS Masonry on many of our projects. In fact, they have recently completed the
masonry work on the Wasatch High School in Heber City, Utah. This project was a large scaled
project of over 300,000 sq. ft. 90% of which was masonry load bearing construction. It also
included a large amount of Ariscraft stone veneer accenting the front entry to the building.
IMS Masonry performed well, meeting the project schedule and budget as well as providing outstanding
quality workmanship. Their project's superintendents demonstrated their years of experience and expertise
in their execution of the masonry work. Their attention to detail is typical of all the projects that they have
completed with us from smaller additions, New Elementary Schools, Middle Schools on up to large projects
such as the Wasatch High School.
As a Senior Project Manager, I have been very impressed with how well their projects are managed from start
to finish. Their preconstruction services are comprehensive and second to none, which provides significant savings
in construction, eliminating the need for costly change orders. Along with their preconstruction services, their value
engineering, quality workmanship, and adherence to contractd documents is exceptional.
I have enjoyed my association with IMS Masonry and I would highly recommend them as a mason sub-contractor.
Please feel free to contact me if you need further information.
Sincerely,
Curtis Livingston, AAIA
Sr. Project Manager
