RE: Larry H. Miller Mercedes-Benz

Alan,

I want to thank you for the outstanding work IMS showed us at the Larry H. Miller Mercedes-Benz project in Lindon. Every aspect of your performance here has been exemplary.

The masonry is an important part of any building, creating an anchor on which the rest of the structure can be built. The walls you built are square, straight, level and plumb and will provide us with the basis of a beautiful building. As one of our critical path scopes, it was important that you maintain production rates as well as quality. Your men kept to each of their schedule commitments, helping to keep the project on track. They worked well with each of the other trades they had contact with, going out of their way to help accommodate whatever needs these other trades presented. They created a lay-down area for their material that maintained clear and easy access around the site, and yet when asked to move something to allow other work to proceed, they did so quickly and without complaint. We work in a very dangerous industry where the potential for serious injury is present every day. Because of this we consider jobsite safety to be one of the most important aspects of our work. Your men treat safety with the seriousness and attention to detail that is deserves. This is a rare quality that speaks highly of th culture you have created at IMS.

It has been a pleasure working with you on this project and I look forward ot working with you on other projects in the future. Good luck to you and thank you again.
