Sahara Construction - Ford Parts Warehouse
The following is a letter written by Sahara Construction on March 27, 2006.

RE: Ford Parts Warehouse
Dear Alan,
I want to thank you for the fine work you and your men have shown us at the L.H.M. Ford Parts Warehouse. The block
looks good and should provide us with the basis for a great building.
This project, as with most, has seen its share of challenges, each of which IMS handled in a timely and professional
manner that helped avoid any serious complications.
Our site is relatively small and is surrounded by existing business that could easily be negatively affected by our work
here. You organized your scaffolding, lay down areas, and work in such a way as to keep any impact to a minimum.
We have had a very wet spring, with all of the water, mud, and difficult working conditions that come with it. IMS has
done a great job of working through these difficulties and pressing forward with the work.
The warehouse has had a challenging schedule, and the rain delays have only made this more difficult. When it appeared
that the schedule was beginning to slip you built up your crew size to nearly double the original numbers and worked extra
hours and Saturdays to make up the time.
I also want to mention and than Ralph Heinz, project foreman, and Heath Holdaway, project superintendent, for all of their
efforts in making this project a success, they have done a great job.
It is things like these, the attention to detail and the extra effort that make IMS a pleasure to work with. I have enjoyed
working with your company again & I look forward to other projects together in the future. Thanks again.
Sincerely,
Steve Santella
Project Superintendent
