RE: IMS Masonry
Gentlemen:
Here at Sahara, Inc. we maintain a set of values that we try to live up to on a daily basis both at work and at home.
Those values are as follows:

In my seven (7) years here at Sahara I have had the opportunity of working with IMS Masonry directly on over seven (7)
projects. In every case IMS has exhibited the values listed above and then some. If I could add one more to the list
above that truly summarizes what IMS does best it would be "Performance".
The most recent project that I have worked with IMS Masonry on is the Larry H. Miller Megaplex 20 Theaters in South Jordan,
Utah. The project consisted of a 205,000 SF building utilizing ICF block as the major building component. Sahara had done a
previous project with another masonry contractor using this product with limited success. The walls (some approximately 52'
tall) were improperly braced and resulted in crooked walls, schedule issues, and added project costs. On the Megaplex project
IMS researched, developed and tested a unique bracing system that was extremely successful. As a result we have extremely
straight walls which made all the follow on trades work more successful. IMS Masonry's beginning contract was over
$3,000,000 on this project and because of our history and confidence in IMS Masonry Sahara did not require a Bond on the
project.
In an industry as volatile and dynamic as construction, IMS has shown time and time again the ability to overcome obstacles
to get the project completed. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it by concentration on: Safety,
Quality, Schedule, & Relationships…..in that order. They plan, coordinate, and execute their work better than nay masonry
contractor I have worked with. They are the masonry contractor of choice for Sahara as well as many of the other Utah
contractors.
