Sahara Construction - Cache County Sheriff's Complex
The following is a letter written by Sahara Construction on March 3, 2004.

Dear Alan,
This letter is in reference to the Cache County Sheriff's Complex which we have just recently finished constructing.
As you are well aware, this project was a complex job with a challenging schedule, compounded by the problems that
evolved from not having a complete and coordinated design. These types of obstacles can make a project like this
almost unbearable.
I just wanted to commend you and your company for the outstanding contribution and the successful completion of this
project.
I am always pleased when IMS is awarded a project that I am going to be supervising. It is rare to find a mason that
is so team oriented. Not only do I recognize the cooperation that your crews demonstrate, but I have received numerous
comments of praise from the other subcontractors that your crews worked in conjunction with. In my opinion, subcontractors
that work together on a project is worth more to me than anything else.
I have also been grateful for your quick response to changes in design, schedule crunches & punch list issues.
If I had my way, IMS would be on every one of my projects. You will certainly always be my first choice. I hope we will
be working together again in the near future.
Best of luck to you, and your great team.
Respectfully,
Tom McAdams
