Layton Construction - Layton
The following is a letter written by Layton Construction on December 1, 2009.

To whom it may concern,
I have had the pleasure of working with IMS Masonry during the past 2 1/2 years on the new
Wasatch High School, located in Heber City, Utah. During this time IMS has exemplified their
professionalism which sets them apart from most subcontractors. IMS excels in planning, productivity,
productivity tracking, scheduling, safety, quality, management collaboration and problem solving.
Owners, Alan Johnson and Heath Holdaway use their experience and positive reinforcement to inspire, direct
and motivate their team to accomplish even the most challenging schedules. The masonry installation at
Wasatch High extended through one of the most sever cold and snowy winters on record at the
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration for the project location. Through much collaboration with
Layton's onsite management team, planning with other project subcontractors and double the originally planned
manpower, IMS was able to help regain valuable time in order to enclose the building by the following
winter and to meet the Owners schedule for a school start fall of 2009.
I will always be grateful to have worked with such a professional masonry subcontractor and for
their accomplishments on the new Wasatch High School. I look forward to the opportunity to work
with IMS Masonry again.
Thank you,
Matt Noyce
