Mr. Alan Johnson:

I am writing to thank you for the "monumental" efforts extended during the construction of the RV-1 project [Intel]. Over the years I have purchased several hundred million dollars of construction and have never worked with a more dedicated subcontractor. IMS Masonry ultimately met all required objectives while overcoming numerous challenges.

IMS provided Layton Construction and our Owner with quality craftsmanship, equipment and unprecedented manpower that was instrumental in facilitating our construction schedule. IMS's safety performance provided the benchmark for the project and was a catalyst in becoming the owner's first construction project to exceed 400,000 man-hours without a "reportable" injury.

I firmly believe that IMS will continue to lead the masonry industry. We look forward to our continued relationship
