Ellsworth-Peck Construction
The following is a letter written by Ellsworth-Peck Construction on March 26, 1996.

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the pleasure of working with IMS Masonry for the past several months. Bob Hall has lead an excellent crew through
winter storms, sunshine, high winds, calm days, etc. I am impressed with their ability to work appropriately, per plans and
specs, in all conditions.
This project had a large radius wall, multiple top elevations, a ridiculous number of rebar variations, ornamental patterns
using different block varieties, sloping roof lines with almost 1000 imbeds, special inspections, etc. IMS proved competent
in reading and following plans and did not demand (nor require) baby sitting from the job superintendent just to fulfill
their contract.
IMS was helpful in anticipating plan conflicts ahead of time so questions could be answered without lost production time.
IMS was helpful, when needed, in the placement of door bucks, templates, chalk lines, weather protection, etc.
I highly recommend IMS Masonry as an above average contractor.
