Subject: IMS Masonry Work History
Dear Mr. Johnson:
I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past several years that we have worked together on a vast amount of projects
from little video stores to multi-story structures up to hundreds of thousands of square feet.
Consolidated Engineering Laboratories (CEL) is a company that provides special inspections and construction materials
testing. As a partner in the business and being in the quality control industry in Utah over the past twenty five years
I have seen a great deal of construction performed by many, many contractors. It is with this experience and knowledge of
the industry that I make these comments.
As we all know not all jobs go as planned and this is exactly what gives teams the chance to react in a manner in which
separates the exceptional companies apart from the regular contractors. I know that with my past experience with you and
your team, your firm is by far one of the exceptional ones. When it comes to quality your leadership has enabled you to
continually meet and exceed our expectations as it relates to code and document enforcement on projects as well as
architectural appearance.
I can say that our lives, as inspection firms, would be greatly served by having more companies like yours around. I truly
look forward to many more years with our two teams working side by side creating masterpieces for a deserving clientele.
Respectfully Yours
Consolidated Engineering Laboratories
