The following is a letter written by Coelho Construction Company on August 16, 1995.


To Whom It May Concern:

IMS Masonry has been the masonry contractor for structural block and veneer brick for an office/retail building known as 340 Main Street, in Park City, Utah.

Initial work for structural block was initiated in March of 1995 and progressed with good speed. The job was well manned, appropriate equipment was on site as needed, and excellent supervisory staff kept details and information flowing into the field accurately. Anticipated problems were identified and proactively acted upon.

Veneer has just been finished within the scheduled time frame. The job is complete and clean.

My experience with IMS has been an excellent one. The forward thinking, proactive, business style of IMS demands an unqualified recommendation, based on my experience.
