Dear Mr. Vowles:

IMS Masonry has requested a letter of recommendation from us for the purpose of raising their bonding limits. They are the Masonry Contractor for an 8 Ward LDS Church building we are building in Laguna Hills, California. The contract amount is for approximately $475,000. They have helped us accelerate our schedule, the quality of the work is very good, and the Job Foreman has been outstanding in coordinating work with our Project Superintendent.

IMS Masonry appears to be a very well managed masonry company and we would certainly be willing to use their services in the future.
