Russ has worked in masonry industry for over 30 years, 12 as a foreman. He is resourceful, innovative and a highly experienced professional. Russ has the experience to manage progressively larger projects including the City Creek Project of over $10,000,000.

Russ works equally well with management and non-management personnel which allows him to serve as a liaison between the foremen, Project Managers and the General Contractors. He has the ability to work with other trades to achieve project schedules.

He is an exceptional leader who motivates employees by earning their confidence, respect, and cooperation allowing him to effectively manage crews of 10 to over 100 men.
