Odell has over 10 years experience in the masonry field and has been with IMS Masonry since 2007. His background is diverse and extensive in production, construction, management, and process improvement.

After working his way from a tender through a mason into management, he took advantage of opportunities to expand his abilities and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Administration while working full time performing mishap investigations, personnel training, and process improvement design and implementation for NASA's Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Motor program. He later accepted opportunities in the high Tec Manufacturing and Distribution world where he improved his productivity knowledge, project management skills, and process improvement understanding as a Senior Account Representative with a key outsource manufacturer and later as Director of World Wide Manufacturing for Macromedia (a leading publicly held software developer).

Odell has since returned to his first love of masonry with a unique and progressive prospective that allows him to focus on continuous improvement and true solutions.
