Brian Richards has been in the construction industry for 10 years. He has experience with heavy highway, civil and commercial construction. Brian worked for four years as a quality control manager for various construction projects along the Wasatch Front and worked as a Certified Reinforced Concrete and Masonry Inspector for four years. He has been with IMS Masonry since February 2005 and is currently the Lead Estimator for IMS Masonry. He also assists with Project Management duties as needed as a Project Engineer.

Brian is a member of the American Society of Professional Estimators. Brian brings valuable experience to the IMS Team as a former masonry inspector with his knowledge of building codes and practices. He is bilingual and assists IMS and our employees with his interpreting skills as well as his ability to translate pertinent documentation into Spanish. His attention to detail and thoroughness provide general contractors the surety that all Masonry and ICF quotes provided will be complete and competitively bid with a level of quality and service that the industry has come to expect from IMS Masonry.
